This notice covers the lotstages.com website and its Request a demo form. It doesn't cover the LotStages application that dealerships use.
Who runs this website
This website is run by Wynn Systems LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. For questions about this notice or your details, email shonwynn@wynn-systems.com.
What we collect
What you send us. If you use the Request a demo form: your name, dealership and email address and, if you give them, your phone number, your role, roughly how many vehicles go through recon each month, how you track recon today, and your message.
Technical details of visits. Like any website, this one can't be delivered without some technical information about each visit, such as your IP address and browser. Our hosting provider processes it, as described under "Where it goes".
This website doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.
How we use it
To reply to your request and to talk with you about LotStages. We don't sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.
Where it goes
- Netlify hosts this website and stores the form submissions. It also handles technical details of each visit, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
- Netlify checks form submissions for spam using Akismet.
- A copy of each submission is emailed to our business inbox, which is hosted by Zoho Mail.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for up to 12 months after our last contact with you. We review them every month and delete expired requests by hand from Netlify and from our inbox.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us, including deleting them sooner than 12 months, by emailing shonwynn@wynn-systems.com.

If this notice changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
